The third edition of the Nine Elephants festival, themed “Everything We Do,” explores the relationship between human actions, labour, and the city through more than 20 artistic projects across Sofia and its peripheries. The programme promotes decentralization and engagement with local communities, featuring international partners, performances, exhibitions, workshops, and forums.
