The Institute for Creating an Illusion of Existence of Possible Worlds as a Means for Turning Them into Reality (ICIEPWMTTR) is an internal institution. It is located in a separate, autonomous dimension which contains all possible notions of the relations among people. Each of these notions has its own motive and way of operation. Their main aim is self-realization. To achieve it, they must acquire the status of reality in the dimension of the human mind by creating an illusion of reality. It is not entirely unknown how this process occurs. It is possible that, under certain conditions, these notions connect to the part of the human mind that is responsible for the developments that are independent of it. The notions are self-realized when people comply with them in their actions.
These notions determine the ways people interact, thus exercising their hidden influence. Over time, such notions create in the human mind institutions through which it interacts with itself. Eventually, the mind can no longer distinguish itself from the institutions through which it thinks. This creates the illusion that the particular notion of reality is the only possible one. The institutions extend their influence over ever larger parts of the mind, especially over those that make sense of the unexpected. In this way, they make the realization of other notions impossible.
Consequently, fewer and fewer possible worlds gain access to the human mind. This is evident in the characteristic notion that humans have no choice in life. This notion can be painful and even destructive for those who are under its influence, and it threatens the existence of the dimension of the possible notions.
The task of the Institute for Creating an Illusion of Existence of Possible Worlds as a Means for Turning Them into Reality is to bring about a counter-process. In it the mind turns into its own institution. It can thus create and direct its own notions. To this end, the Institute provides free access to the dimension of the notions of relations among people. There, following certain steps, everyone can create his or her own possible institutions. Their recording and sharing turns them into a validated reality.
